Mukhtar specializes in development communication. He holds a first class degree in Journalism from the media school of Islamic University of Science and technology, Pulwama. He has anchored, edited and presented programs at Peshkadam– a community radio platform.
Known for his relentless efforts to record the grievances of the public from the remotest of areas, he aspires to be the voice for the voiceless. Dedicated to performing concrete and impactful work from ground zero, this soft-spoken young man uses ICT most creatively and effectively.
