As Jammu and Kashmir sits on the brink of a tectonic shift in its political reality, the question of culture becomes a major variable in determining the way the Union Territory negotiates with the world at large to assert its cultural power as a unit of India and the larger South Asian space. As the drivers of change tomorrow, young voices in leadership find a ready space to re-define the cultural narrative for a new and resurgent Kashmir, ready to take its place in the regional and global development narrative
