Hilal is a social development leader and businessman residing in Shopian, South Kashmir. With a background in freelance journalism and participation in various media projects, Hilal brings a wealth of experience to his current ventures. He leads a pharmaceutical startup and operates a successful poly medical clinic in Shopian town. His focus areas include civil society engagement, business development, and apple farming. In 2007, he participated in the peace program "Possibilities of Peace in Kashmir" held in Finland. Hilal is also a member of the Front Line Defenders Human Rights Group in Ireland.
