Ms. Anandita Pavagadhi is currently pursuing her Masters in Development Studies from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva with a specialization in Power, Conflict, and Development, and Global Health. Anandita has also been associated with the student body at the Institute as the Vice President of the Students Initiative on Asia and as the Director of Communications for the Global Health Initiative. She is currently associated with the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner of Human Rights as a Graduate Student Researcher and is working on the Social Forum 2020 in Geneva. Having completed her Bachelors of Arts in Sociology from Miranda House, University of Delhi, she has interned with the Social Justice and Empowerment division of Niti Aayog (National Institution for Transforming India), a policy think-tank for the Government of India. At JKPI, Anandita seeks to constructively contribute to the discussions and research narratives on policy, governance, diplomacy, peacebuilding and development.
