The featured speaker was Ms. Shifa SALDON, a changemaker and educator from Ladakh. Born and raised in Ladakh, she transitioned from pursuing an MBBS degree to the development sector. She co-founded the Zamba Charitable Trust, an organization dedicated to bridging gaps in education and empowering children in Ladakh through holistic, equitable, and quality education. An alumna of the W.J. Clinton Fellowship and Entrepreneur Program, Ms. SALDON’s work exemplifies the transformative power of education and community-driven change.
